On a machine with Docker Engine and the Compose plugin, run the published-images installer — it downloads the Compose files, creates a .env with random secrets, and starts Rakazo.
Open http://127.0.0.1:5173, create an account, and connect your model provider.
Create a bot in the chat interface, give it a computer (local Docker is on by default), and start delegating.
Bots are set up once and managed from chat; run the backend on a server and they stay on when your laptop closes.
