The platform code is Apache-2.0 licensed and self-hosting is free; the hosted cloud is a separate service - check insforge.dev for its current plans.
InsForge itself does not require one to self-host. The model gateway fronts LLM providers, so AI features in your apps use whichever provider accounts you connect.
Those platforms were designed for human developers first; InsForge is designed agent-first, exposing backend operations as MCP tools and skills so coding agents can operate the backend end to end.
Run the setup script, docker compose up -d, open http://localhost:7130, and connect the MCP server to your coding agent.
