Yes — the generator is MIT-licensed and the printed CLIs are yours. You will typically need a Claude Code (or Codex) setup to drive the skills, which may involve your own subscription.
The press itself needs no key, but printing a CLI for a service usually requires that service's own credentials for live verification, and the agent driving it uses your existing Claude Code/Codex access.
