The code is under the Elastic License 2.0: the standalone version is free for commercial use, but wrapping it as a hosted SaaS for others is not permitted by the license.
You need model access: either an official DC key from the project's relay service, or your own upstream provider channels configured in the bundled gateway.
Those are hosted, per-clip generation services. DramaClaw is a self-hosted, end-to-end pipeline — script, assets, storyboards, voice and edit — that you run on your own infrastructure.
