The toolkit is MIT-licensed and free, and it leans on open-source models you run on your own cloud GPU account at cost; the README notes free tiers from Modal and Cloudflare R2 that cover light use.
Claude Code itself requires your Anthropic access. Full production uses your own cloud GPU account and optionally an ElevenLabs key, but the hello-world example renders with no API keys at all.
